My phone does not charge or turn on, I connect the charger but it does not start the charge, I put the battery in another phone and it works fine. help please that can be. Thank you

Hi!
I think you should replace the charging port. Maybe the IC has gone bad or something. Follow this guide until step16 to see how.

Check you power connector maybe its loose or Some dirt inside..
