Acer aspire webcam driver

my webcam crystal eye simply doesn't work. Is it a software issue or the driver or the hardware.

Hi,

What is the model number of the laptop?

What OS is installed in the laptop?

Have you checked the status of the webcam in "Device Manager > Imaging Devices"?

(If OS is Win 10 right click on Windows Start button on left side of Taskbar and find link to Device Manager)
