My Lenovo tab 2 is not turning on and not even the light around the power button is turning on on powering or charging I tried every thing even removing the back of the tab and removing the battery connector and then again connecting it but is still does not work any one has any idea so pls help

I had that issue too, was about to give up after a couple months that I was unable to resolve. Luckily I landed on a forum that mentioned to be sure to use only the original charger AND cable that was supplied with the tab. I went on a hunt to find them and sure enough it was charging again and all is well. If you don’t know where you put both just buy a replacement.

Just so we're on the same page.
What is the full model number of your tab as there is a tab 2 and a tab 3 being shown above? (tab 2 in question, tab 3 in linked device image which is chosen???? by the person who wrote the question)
I realize that there is no tab 2 option available when choosing the device when asking a question but it does add to the confusion
