My screen is frozen
my lg vx-8700 shine phone will not shut off. the verizon wireless logo appears then it blinks on and off. what can i do

Did you try a hard reset yet?
1- Take out the battery
2- Press and hold he "power""on""end" button for 30 sec.
3- Reinstall the battery
4- Power on the device
and as always, you might just lose all your data....I hope this will work for you.
