Difficulty adapting to specific network
I just moved into a new home with an already established network. My computer is showing many other networks but not ours. My phone, ad well as my roommates’ Apple computers are able to connect but I was told that the network has never been discoverable on an hp laptop. I have tried a network reset, connecting/disconnect the WiFi many times, and resetting the router with no luck.

What is the make and model number of the WiFi router?
What WiFi "channel" is being used by the router in your network? (you'll need to look in the router's setup area to find this information)
