error c 5- I do not find the problem

my name is Hilla and I have 2 problems.

1. for a long time one of the side brushes is not working. Nevertheless the Robot continued working for some time. Should I buy a new brush or could it be a different problem.
2. Last week I started having c5 error and I cant seem to detect the source of the problem. The robot does not work.
3. Is there a service station in Israel?
