Based on the information from this webpage the part number for the LCD screen for a Samsung NP540U3C-A02AU laptop is BA96-06386A.

You may wish to verify if this number is indeed correct as usually the part number for LCD screens is found stamped somewhere on the back of the panel itself. Obviously you’ll have to dis-assemble the laptop to find out if this is the case in your laptop.

By searching online using the part number only in the search box of your browser, you will get results for suppliers of the part.
