How to fix the power button?
my power button doesn’t work
you have to press it hard to get it work, at some point i guess i pressed it too hard it stopped working
so how could i fix it?

Lucky for you this is an easy job
you just need to buy Grand Neo Plus power flex use that search term on ebay
the phone uses just PH00 screws, very easy to open, the flex just unclips
also, thse flex cables can be cleaned, use tweezers you can peel off the dome key and then use a pin to lightly scuff up the contacts, scuff up the underside of the dome too.
you may have crushed the dome so order the part and clean the contacts to get you through
