Laptop not turning on vastro 5470
I replaced the keyboard after reassembling I turned on the lapor but the the laptop boots up for few seconds fans turn on but shuts down after few seconds. I have gotten it fixed by the technician but want to fix it myself please suggest some fix.

If the keyboard was replaced and then the laptop does not turn on then the first thing to check is the keyboard connector and make sure it is placed in the ZIF connector properly. Dell has a white line on the ribbon cable to help indicate that the ribbon is fitting into the connector correctly. The ribbon cable could cause a power fault if it is not lined up.
