This is my second DX2 since xmas. My kid is not rough with it, but the 1st one would only show a white screen after 3 days.
Now, the Home button is stuck. I can pull it out a little but once it gets pushed, it stays down.
I need to tear it down far enough to access the button and either clean it or fix it if possible.

If you feel that the problem was not caused by your child, and since the watch is still within the warranty period, contact Vtech as per the manufacturer’s warranty statement about making a claim for a repair or replacement.
If they decide that it was caused by user “misuse” and refuse to replace/repair it under warranty, then here’s a link to the ifixit VTech Kidizoom Smartwatch DX2 guides, which may be of some help.
