1 My laptop is not switch
Laptop is not switching on though blue light is on. Tried removing the battery and adapter and holding the power button but didn’t work.Tried removing the battery and charging with external power supply but the result was same. I could hear starting sound but OS doesn’t boot.

Does any thing appear on the screen? Can you get into the BIOS?
Press F2 key after turning on.
