Techno c8 doesn't charge.

Techno c8 only charges with a particular charger. Have tried different chargers at stores but it won't charge. It just stays at the same percentage. So I'm worried is it a motherboard problem ? And if so how do I go about it. Could it be broken contacts? A guide on troubleshooting and repairing such related problems would be welcome. Also , there's a caveat. Why is it that the phone charges well with just that one particular charger but rejects all other chargers twice as powerful ? Could it be the USB cable of the charger? So what are my options? Sorry it's long but I really need help on this. Thanks in advance

@nathansteam “charges well with just that one particular charger but rejects all other chargers twice as powerful” not sure which other chargers you are using but their pinout could be different (different wiring). If it charges with one particular charger it is u likely that this is directly related to your phone. If so it will most likely be the charging port that is loose. Try the correct charger for your phone and tell us if it charges with that.
