How to fix cpu thermal throttling and change my thermal paste.

my laptop is always under thermal throttle and i use cpu heavy applications and it lags due to dipping in core frequencies , i also tried to undervolt it helped a little but can’t work still.

so i though to replace my thermal paste but how do i take it apart and change it?

Hello, I have the same laptop and same issue and I’ve seen Dell’s Community post about changing the thermal paste and it did improve of CPU Temp. They used Cooler Master thermal paste.
