USB lose and not working

I have a Lenovo t440 and the USB port on the left side is broken and lose. I am assuming the soldering broke. How much should a computer shop charge me for a replacement? I looked online and the USB ports them self are no more than 5 dollars for both ports. How much for the labor. I can take apart the computer my self and just give them the motherboard if that will help them at all.
