Laptop broken, can`t backup the memory

It was broken and after I sent it to repair, I was told it`s died. So I can only copy the memory out. However, the computer repairing staff said there is only one SSD is readable and the data are broken as well. He`s trying to recovery. Other 2 SSD is not readable.

Any ppl knows how to solve this problem?

it’s almost impossible to recover data from a broken drive, you need to pay a fortune to experts to dig inside tiny chips and it doesn’t guarantee that you find all your data if any, all you need to do is to pray for some miracle :).
