How to replace power button
I saw that ifixit sells original Google Pixel (not the XL) power buttons, but thereโs no guide on it. On top of that, I couldnโt find one anywhere on YouTube. If possible, could someone make a guide on how to replace the power button? Or at least show me how to? As old as my phone is, I still want to use it a little bit longer before I commit to buying a new phone. Currently, my screen and battery are broken, and Iโm seeing to replacing them soon as not everything I want is backed up. I want to be able to fix every issue my phoneโs been giving me since late 2018, but I donโt want to seem like Iโm telling you how to do your job or that Iโm entitled anything. I just really enjoy seeing the community help each other, and I find it hard to believe that Iโm the first person to say something about the faulty power button since the phoneโs launch in late 2016. On a sidenote, most teardowns of the original Pixel (not the XL; I only found two) never touched the power button, so Iโm lost on that end as well. Iโd highly appreciate it if somebody could make a guide. This is on a much lower priority than the power button, but if somebody could inform me as to where the bluetooth is located within the phone would be helpful as well. I know Iโm asking a lot, but the bluetooth thing is more of a want than a need, unlike the power button. Thank you to whoever decides to reply, as I will be at the mercy of your advice.
