Does this have Bluetooth

According to the user manual taken from this webpage it does.

Have you turned off Airplane mode? Press Fn + F2 (both together to toggle between on and off). If airplane mode is on then Bluetooth will be disabled.

There should be an indicator light on the front edge of the laptop when Bluetooth is on.

If it not showing check on the status of the Bluetooth in Device Manager. To do this, right click on the Windows Start button, left side of Taskbar and click on the Device Manager link.

When in Device Manager, scroll down and find the Bluetooth entry.

If there is a red cross next to it, right click on the entry and click enable and then check if it works.

If there is a yellow exclamation mark next to it, right click on the entry and click on update drivers and follow the prompts. You have to be online to do this.

If it is not listed in Device Manager, check if there is a listing in Device Manager under “Other Devices” and see if it is there. if so you need to update the drivers for the Bluetooth.

If there is no listing at all does the WiFi work at all? If not then it may be blocked in BIOS as a security measure. You will have to get into BIOS and enable the WiFi/BT if it is there that is. Don’t know your model but in some models it is a feature and in other models it isn’t.
