I was repairing a Pixel 3a XL and made a boneheaded mistake!!!! After re assembly I cannot recall where the pictured metal tie down goes. I can't find it in any photos either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Note: this is NOT the tie down that holds the display ribbon cable.

Don’t know the phone but was wondering if the part belongs on the underside of the midframe.
There seem to be two components that look like what you show.
Here’s an image taken from Step.22 of the ifixit Google Pixel 3a XL USB-C Port Replacement guide to show you where I mean.
