The companies want you to replace the whole printer. Try cleaning it using these guides (or a youtube video if more convenient), i hope they help and if not, i hope you are in warranty ;P

Hi,

I don’t know how hard it would be to replace but here’s a supplier of the ADF Unit Assembly. It is only to give you an idea of the cost of the part.

There aren’t too many other suppliers online though. To find them just search for D7237A-ADF_Unit_Assy
