Incoming Call Screen Duplicate
My incoming call screen shows then a second later another one pops that I can't access. Cleared permission on all apps and that helped for a few hours but it came back.

Hi,
Try wiping the cache partition and check if that resolves the problem.
If still no good, try using the phone in safe mode and check if the problem is still there.
If not, then a downloaded app is the cause of the problem. You will need to uninstall each downloaded app, one by one and test the phone in normal mode, between each uninstall to see if the phone works OK. When it does the last downloaded app that was uninstalled was the culprit.
