As a DIY repair all you can do is to first open the phone and check that the display assembly flex cable is securely connected to the systemboard.

If it appears to be OK you then have to temporarily replace the display assembly to know whether the problem is in the display assembly or in the systemboard.

Here’s a video that shows how to replace the display assembly.

Replacements are available online. Just search for Galaxy J7 2016 LCD display to get results for suppliers that suit you.
