I moved to this new flat, and there seem to be an air leak from the balcony window, the leak only goes from the side where the hinges are! is there anyway to tighten the door so it could be sealed, i must mention that the rubber seals are brand new and the main issue here is that the window is not adjusted right, only problem is how to make that adjustment?

the door seems to have a butt hinge type, now I am not sure if I am able to adjust the compression from the hinge's side, but if I do adjust the one from the lock side will that tighten the seal for all sides of the window? or will it only compresses it from the lock side alone!?

if they were newly installed by a professional company and not by you, call them back to fix it as it wasn't done correctly if there is a gap that allows a draft through
