tablet wont start dead

Hi,

Did you try using a different known working, compatible charger or perhaps connecting the tablet’s micro USB port to a computer to see if it charges at all, you didn’t say?

Did you try pressing the recessed reset button for 5-10 seconds with a straightened out paperclip and then checked if it worked OK?

If you have tried all the above and still no good, then the tablet will need to be opened and inspected further to determine what the problem is.
