Why CANT I FLIP MY LAPTOP
If i open my laptop i cant open in whole to see the monitor is only half then it canopen it started to crack at the back it stock what should i do ?

This sounds like hardware related issue with the computer and in order to fix this issue your computer needs to be serviced.
You may need to replace the part or at least have it taken apart a bit to put things back in place. If you can't figure out what to do, bring it to a computer shop so they can fix it.
