Hi I have replaced my phones screen but the new screens touch function is not working. the screen switches on and the phone starts. Does anyone know what might have caused this?

Hey there,
Touch not functioning could be due to the touch circuit damaged on the motherboard, You could have knocked off a component of the board which is important for touch to work while replacing or the new screen could be faulty itself. I suggest you try a new screen and if that doesn’t work then it must be a board problem.
