What is the blinking white input plug
I replaced the thermal paste on the laptop and I was safe and disconnected the battery once I put the battery back in the charge light came on and was blinking white

Here’s the LED codes from HP:

So as you will see you have to count the blinks.
- First column for the number of blinks.
- Second column for location.
- Third for component being checked
- Fourth for error condition.
