I currently own the Crystal Mountain “Storm” bottle water dispenser. I moved the unit recently, now the water is not heating properly - at all. I’ve attempted to toggle the switch up front with no luck. I cannot find any useful info online for locating the hot water RESET button in the rear. I’d appreciate any useful ideas or solution. Thx!

@cryptoknight follow the instructions from their service manual

D2 on the parts diagram is the Ceramic Manual Reset
