My phone is not working
How can I fix the problem that my phone is having?
It can show that it’s charging but it cannot be turned on. I have no idea what is wrong with it. Can i get any help please??

Frances Zack those are always tough situations since you never exactly know what has failed. I would start troubleshooting as shown on the flowchart for your phone model. Let us know what you get with this.
As usual, I would always start with a new battery. This gives you a known-well starting point if needed.

I would most likely agree with @oldturkey03 with the battery problem. HOWEVER, I would not recommend turning on the phone without a battery as it will not boot.
