How to replace the battery?

The smartphone is five years old. And this year, I started to notice that the smartphone on the left side started to swell. Please help with this. And advise where to buy a battery for this smartphone.

@ysykawa use something like this video to replace the battery. Replacement can be found at plenty of sites as pointed out by the comment left by Andrew S
