Dropped Bose Revolve.. Charging light flashes. Buttons unresponsive

Bose revolve speaker was dropped on a hard floor. Now charging indicator flashes orange while connected to a power supply. Buttons seem unresponsive. Holding power button for 10 seconds to factory reset has no effect. Is it possible something came loose inside of the speaker? How should I proceed to troubleshoot?

It’s best to open the speaker and check for any obvious physical damage first and then proceed from there.
