windows 11 keeps on crashing

Every now and then my laptop keeps on crashing (as in everything will go black) and when i force restart it it go’s back to normal. But when i go on fire fox (specifically firefox) it will show with an error “flow.exe unkown hard error”. Idk why, i have tried resseting, re-installing.

Hi @p0tato ,

Here’s some information about flow.exe that may help.

Also check in Device Manager that you have the latest Win 11 audio drivers 12.73.1.140 Rev.Q installed. Select Win 11 in both boxes and then click Submit. When the new window opens click on All drivers > Driver Audio (2) to get to the download link if you need to update
