I couldn't find my phone in “choose device” my phone is realme c2 , It all started when I accidentally spill my soup on my phone and randomly pressing any area and I wait till it's dry and then my touchscreen is unresponsive (bad at English)

Well, the soup might have gotten inside the phone and the connector. If you are lucky, the connector is just filled with liquid (cleaning will solve this). If not, the whole screen is thrashed and you need a replacement.
