Broken internal On off power button
The internal button which is used to turn the leappad on / off has broken off. Anyone know where/ if we can get a spare part to fix it? Please see attached pics....

I can't find a parts list for the device (not sure which part you mean, actuator for switch or switch itself) but an option to consider is to find the part you need or get the cheapest complete tablet, working or not and use it as a donor parts tablet for your tablet.
Here's the ifixit LeapFrog LeapPad Platinum guide that may help to gain access etc.
