But heater is not working

***MOHAMMED THAJUDDEEN we would need to know what make and model your popcorn maker is or at least see more of it. Since the warming light turns on it stands to reason your unit gets power. In that case I would suggest you use an Ohmmeter and measure the resistance on your heating coil to see if it has continuity or if it has failed.
