It is a TCL TV so my suspicion automatically go toward a bad backlight array. In a darkened room and with your TV playing audio, shione a flashlight at an angle against the screen . See if you can make pout shapes etc. If so it is your backlight array. If it does not, you will have to remove the back cover and check the voltage on the main board and power board.
