Hi,
Have you checked that both the HEPA filter part #H-303172001 (supplier example only)and carbon exhaust filter part #H-902404001 (supplier example only) are clean, not clogged etc.?
Both filters fit inside the lid of the dust cup.
Search online using the part numbers only to find suppliers that suit you best.
