Mouse died on top of my bag leaving a smell

Hi, I have a beautiful green bag that I do not want to throw away but a mouse died on it (it was storing in the basement). I looked online for how to clean and most say dawn dish soap and isopropyl alcohol. Is this what you recommend or is my bag not salvageable?

Hi

Most of the time isopropyl alcohol will get rid of a smell because it has a really strong smell

However

Isopropyl alcohol is a strong cleaner and I would ask Patagonia directly to make sure it is safe to do so and also check if they have any solutions too
