Top case screw holder broke

The plastic that was holding a screw for the hinge (located in the display assembly part of the laptop) literally broke and the screw came out with plastic around it. Where could I get a cheap top case for this laptop? (cheap as in Eastern European cheap, not in US cheap where $200 is nothing)

The laptop now pops weirdly when open, and pieces of plastic don't stay on there well (they stay but only partly). I've read that this can cause the screen itself to shatter, and that it's probably only getting worse since there's more strain on the other, just as brittle, screw plastic. (also it's a school laptop of a family member; if it was a personal laptop i probably would've closed the lid shut forever and ziptied it to the back of a monitor)
