Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to p.97 to view the procedure to remove the LCD panel.
The are two Types of T540P laptop models, Type 20BE and Type 20BF (Type # is shown on the product info label on the bottom of the laptop) but they both share the same LCD panels.
Here's an image showing the part numbers for the available panels. (FHD panel = Full High Definition resolution 1920 x 1080 and HD panel = High Definition resolution 1280 x 720)
Usually the Lenovo part number for the LCD panel can be found on the back of the panel if you wish to verify what panel you have before ordering.
Search online using the LCD part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
