Drive problems works externally not internally
It runs a standard 1.5tb hd just fine and I can boot from my ssd in an external case but when I put it into The MacBook Pro it will not boot strange

I would still replace the HD cable as SSDs run harder so a weak cable often shows up under it Vs a HDD.
Did you select it as your boot drive?

Yes I replaced the cable from Amazon and still no luck, but the same SSD will boot fine from a USB enclosure
@Terry Genereaux - Did you check the startup drive within prefs? Also did you install the same OS version your HDD has?
