My dishwasher is continuously filling water with a small steady stream from the side and then flashing the AE error code and draining, even with the water off, i have no clue where this water is coming from cause i have the water turned off.

Check that the water is not entering the machine or being siphoned back into the machine from the drain by removing the dishwasher's drain hose from the drain.
According to most suppliers of parts for your model the tech sheet is part # 8535451.
The error code you mentioned is not shown in the tech sheet but try running the diagnostic tests as described by the tech sheet and check what errors it shows anyway.
