seems like you're having a battery issue: to check your battery health on Windows, enter the command "powercfg /batteryreport" in a Powershell terminal and press enter, then simply open the generated HTML report file; read this how-to to learn more about the procedure. On GNU/Linux, you may want to try some command-line utilities like Upower, acpi, cat/find, Batstat and battery-level-cli; check out this article to learn more about the commands usage.
If the battery is drained or visibly swollen, it's time to buy a new one.

Maybe the battery is broken, you can replace with a new battery to try it.

Please verify the model number of the laptop as shown on the information label on the bottom of the laptop?
The model you selected is a desktop computer and it doesn't have a battery
