Downgrade from iOS 16 to iOS 15
I recently updated my phone to iOS 16 and ever since the phone really slowed down does anyone know how to downgrade it back to iOS 15

the short answer is no.
it's generally not possible because the older version what you want is not actively signed by the apple servers anymore.
that said, i have seen articles that talk about a procedure to downgrade to an older IOS provided that you have the IPSW file for that older version, AND you have certain files backed up on from that phone for that particular installed IOS, called SHSH blobs, meaning you have to do this back when that IOS was installed and running.
you'll have to do some google searching to find specific procedures
