Where can I order a replacement board? My son pulled the Type-C cord out in a weird angle, and seems to have broken the port, it will no longer charge, and there is no indication that the charger is connected. I tried the charger on my Lenovo's, and it worked, I tried my Lenovo chargers on the Acer and it didn't work. Battery is confirmed good.

If the USB-C charge port (supplier example only) has just be become disconnected from the motherboard, it may be cheaper to take the laptop to a reputable, professional laptop repair service and get them to either solder it back on or to replace it.
This is assuming no other damage has been caused of course.

Unfortunately the local shops are either unable or unwilling. My wife had already taken it in to a small shop and Best Buy. I have found some replacements on eBay, but I wanted to see if there's something reputable before buying. I have done a number of repairs to our daughters iPhone, and a couple other items. I am willing to spend the money and replace it myself, if it doesn't work, no big loss.
