How does one go about replacing fans in the razer blade laptop?

Here's a video that may help.
Some comments under the video suggest that lubricating the fan was all that was needed and that they didn't have to be replaced.
Worth trying this first perhaps.

My laptop has began making weird noises; the same noises many razer laptop fans make with time. It is time for me to replace my fans.
