Hello there, this issues have been persisting for 2 years, my water dispenser is really slow, like 2 - 3 drop / sec. I am unfortunately un experienced and therefore have came for your help.

Hi @caodo
Check that the water tank is clean and that the tank outlet is not clogged. Also check that the filter is not damaged which may allow sediment to enter the tank and settle eventually clogging the tank outlet pipe or dispenser.
If everything seems OK try flushing out the pipe between the tank and the dispenser.
