Hi @paulondara ! Have you tried a different SIM card, and have you also tried to clean the SIM card pins on both the sim itself and the phone with isopropyl alcohol? It could simply be dirty, or maybe the SIM card has failed.

Clean the SIM card and tray with a clean, dry cloth. Reinsert the SIM card, making sure it is properly installed in the tray
