Try pressing and holding the Power button for 10 seconds to force stop the laptop, just in case it is in sleep mode and doesn't wake up.

Then try to start it again by just pressing the Power button as normal.

Is the caps light blinking as well?

Count the number of blinks and take notice of what colour the light is when it blinks.

The blink will possibly count up to 5 then will pause and start again.

This is an error code and will let you know what's wrong.
