@lpiekataolcom all you can really do is what we all do from time to time. scour the internet for a used one. Try online auction sites like ebay or somet local classifieds like craigsList etc. Flea Markets and garage sales are another possibility. You may have to purchase the complete cooker and harvest the needed parts from that.
I wish I could tell you a specific place or sites where you could purchase this, but that is just not meant to be.
