@shaikthabrez first you want to rule out that this is software related. Check in your settings on the About tab if there is an update for your software. After that you can try a factory reset but YOU MUST BACKUP YOUR FILES. Pictures, contacts etc will all be deleted. this site will tell you how to do this.
If none of that worked, you want to follow the flowchart for the troubleshooting.
To find the components to test, use this document Component Layout . Use your PDF readers search function to find them based on their description
